We've visited Perran Sands a number of times in the past few years. It is safe to say that this is the nicest caravan we've ever stayed in. It's position on the park is perfect with the stunning sea views. Although we've visited at a time of year where the weather isn't expected to be great, we haven't struggled in finding things to do. 3 days were spent on the beach in Perranporth exploring rock pools, playing cricket and padding in the sea. Another day we've visited Tintagel Castle when has spectacular views of the coast. We have also been to Lappa Valley Steam Railway which would be a great day out if you have younger children. Overall we've had a fab week and we will definately be booking for next year. Thank yoiu for allowing us to stay in your caravan.
The Harris Family - October 2015 - Plot 579
We have had a great holiday stipping in this caravan. The views are amazing, watching the sunset, amazing. We went to Surf Bay a few times to eat. Just watch your bill as they tried to add extra drinks on. It happened to us twice last week. Overall great holiday. Lovely caravan.
Kerry & Richard - September 2015 - Plot 579
What a lovely caravan, everything we needed was here for us! The decking is an added bonus. We've had a brilliant holiday and hopefully will come back again. Food in Surfs Bay is fab, deffo a visit if on site, also Chip shop and Papa Johns was brill and delivered to the caravan. Really recommend a 1 hour boat trip in Newquay only £7 per person and went Mackerel fishing, was great fun. Gutted to be going. Thanks for letting us stay in your amazing caravan.
Leon, Jess & Ava - September 2015 - Plot 570
We've had a fabulous week. Weather mixed but we had a wonderful sunset. Caravan has made our holiday. Thank you to all involved in keeping it so nice. Fowley on the South Coast is a must to visit, but are very narrow streets. You need to park up and walk down to the village. We intend to come back again next year.
Mr & Mrs Williams - September 2015 - Plot 570
Wowww. Talk about luck with the weather. Thank you so much for the loan of your caravan and what a beautiful van you have. Club was good. Meals in the restaurant excellent. Good days out - Newquay Zoo & Paradise Park. We had problems with the signal on the TV. Defo will be back with grandson. Les was brilliant.
Dave & Lesley - September 2015 - Plot 570
Would like to say how much we've enjoyed staying in your caravan with the most amaziing views. Me, my husband and little boy (aged 2) have had a great time. Lots of beach time and would recommend the restaurant on site. Lovely food. Also I'd like to recommend going to Nequay Zoo, we payed once adn ticket was valid for a week. This also applied for the Cornish Seal Sanctuary and as a family we enjoyed going to both places. Wonderful memories made in a beautiful caravan.
The Blase Family - September 2015 - Plot 579
Lovely caravan and prime position overlooking the sea. Couldn't have asked for more. We visited St Michaels Mount near Penzance, not for the mobility impaired, but we loved it. Great day out. Then onto Lands End. Crealy was great for the kids ages 2 & 9, not for older children. Falmouth was an enjoyable day, we ate at Zizz, which is next to Rick Steins Restaurant. It was expensive and not the best Itailian I have ate at. We also ate at Surf Bay within the park, it was expensive and we waited one hour for the main meal. The meal was terrible. The manager apologised and refunded the majority of it. We don't usually complain but we had to in this instance. The Watering Hole at Perranporth is a must. We enjoyed the cakes. Ideal on a sunny day. We ordered takeaway from Jaipur in Perranporth, best curry I have had in a while. It was delivered within an hour. We enjoyed the holiday so much that we are thinking about owning a caravan. Thank you.
Jenny, Martyn, Elliott & Harriet - August 2015 - Plot 579
We have had a great family holiday. Unfortunately the weather was not great but being in this caravan with great views made it better. I suggest the place to go for good food and views like this is The Boogie Inn at Crantock Bay. Thanks Colleen and Scott we will be intouch in the future.
Sardia & Steve - August 2015 - Plot 579
Thank you for giving us the use of your caravan. We had a fantastic week. The Wii kept us entertained in the wet and windy weather. We would llove to come back again next year.
The Forresters - August 2015 - Plot 570
We've had an absolutely fantastic week in this caravan. Its literally catered for every weather eventiality. We've had boiling hot days and the rainiest days you've ever seen. Things to do. Bodyboarding, wetsuits and boards are 1/2 price on Perranporth Bay. Hairbraiding and Henna Tatoos - Perranporth Bay. Shopping (Big Shop) - Morrisons in Newquay, Lidl next dood. Eating out - Watering Hold (Perranporth) very nice but quite expensive.
The Potters - August 2015 - Plot 570
Had a lovely time in your lovely new caravan. We really enjoyed sitting outside watching the sunset and the beautiful views. On hot sunny days we walked to Perranporth and also enjoyed a drink in the Watering Hole. We also walked in the opposite direction towards Holywell Bay. There is another beach path towards the end of the beach. We walked down this and then walked the full length of the beach towards Perranporth and back up over the dunes to the caravan. We also enjoyed a few meals in the Surf Bay Restaurant on the site. The food was very good. We visited Flambards, excellent day out with a very good museum, rides for the children and an excellent fireworks display if you go on a Wednesday. Also had a lovely day of shopping at Truro and a visit to the Cathedral. We also went to Mevagissey, a lovely fishing village, Newquary and The Lizard. Would recommend The Harbour Chippy in Newquay. We also visited St Just which has some lovely beaches and shops. On the two rainy days we enjoyed some shopping and watching some of the DVDs that you had in your caravan. We also played some of the games. Would love to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful caravan in a beautiful location. We have holidayed at Perran Sands for many years adn will definately be back as it is such a relaxing holiday for us and your lovely caravan is a bonus.
Sue, Dylan, Carlton, Daniel - August 2015 - Plot 579
Thank you for a great stay, the caravan was kept really lovely and is the most modern we have stayed in, we have stayed on this site 3 times, this has definately been the nicest. The games were an added bonus, the kids loved them. Thanks.
The Hoggarth Family - August 2015 - Plot 570
Thank you so much for allowing our family the use of your caravan for the week. We've had an amazing time with great weather (except 1 day). We have had a full on week of activities including a boat trip in St Ives. Your caravan is lovely and set up well for families, making our week extra special. Much appreciated. I only recommendation woudl be to replace the tin opener as it didn't work............Tin opener replaced - Cornish Dream Holidays.
The Quenby Family - August 2015 - Plot 579
Lovely caravan with an excellent main bedroom. The views are stunning int he day and evening. Second time we have been to this site and yet again it has been excellent. We visited St Ives this time and it was great for all the family. I recommend Porthminster beach because it has really nice sand and the sea is good to swim in but cold. Thaks for a lovely stay.
The Millard Family - July 2015 - Plot 579
Thanks again for a great stay in your fantastic caravan. We enjoyed our holiday so much we've been here for the 4th time and we'll come back again. Thanks again
Lena Mauderer (From Germany) - July 2015 - Plot 570
Beautiful caravan, very clean and modern. We've enjoyed every minute. The caravan is more like a luxury flat - it feels very spacious. We are very happy and will certainly be booking again next year. Thank you! Amazing views and sunsets. We went to the beach down below a few times because the wind chilld down there is at the lowest. We also went to the main beach by the Watering Hole (parking all day for £4 at the petrol station) and we went to beach in Padstow but beware the walk to the beach takes about 45 minutes (no cars allowed). So if you lugging around beach toys I wouldn'g go there for the beach experience. Well worth it if you want to explore just the town and harbour (parking £4.50 for 4 hours or £6.90 for 12 hours). We actually preferred the beach just underneath the caravan (go about 12 noon as tide comes in about 5pm). Also highly recommend Crealy's Adventure Park, pefect for smaller children and no queues. Probably the most relaxed theme park we've been to and the kids could go on all the rides (5 years and 3 years). Cost is £67.80 for family of 4. There are vouchers for money off in one of the booklets you can get from Reception. Best Days Out Cornwall. Brilliant holiday. Thank you.
The Baldwin-Webb Family - Julu 2015 - Plot 579
Lovely clean caravan, enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful views and a great beach. Enjoyed eating at on site restaurant. Went to Lappy Valley Railway. Great for young kids. Hope to come back soon.
The Hodgson Family - July 2015 - Plot 579
Amazing in all aspects. Brilliant views. Superbly sited caravan. Cannot ask for a better position. Close to all amenities and to the beach. Very well appointed, equipped and maintained. Very clean. The site has great facilities including the shop. The beach (which is amazing) has lifeguards, a small shop for drink, ices, beach hire including body boards and wet suits, deck chairs etc. No toilet facilities so go before you head down there. A walk over the dunes to Perranporth takes yoiu to the Watering Hole and also to the beach/shop/post office etc. Easily driveable to Boscastle and Tintagel in the North and St Ives and Lands End in the South (max 1 hour drive). Also to St Austell and Eden Project on the South Coast. Great holiday will be back.
The Bowers - July 2015 - Plot 579
Fantastic caravan, fantastic views. Had a fantastic holiday. Lots of days out and days on lovely beaches. What a brilliant site for our daughter. To much to do and how we enjoyed the heat wave. Who needs abroad. We will be back next year for sure.
Lee, Donna & Nicole - June 2015 - Plot 579
Thank you for a great stay in your lovely caravan. Beautifully clean and very well equipped. The Wii and DVDs were a great bonus on the very wet day we had and needed to entertain a 21/2 year old. Otherwise we had great weather and were able to explore Cornwall, managing to see Newquay, Padstow, St Ives (our favourite), Porthtowan, St Agnes, Eden Project, Paradise Wildlife Park and the Lappa Valley Railway which was a great day out for our young son. Add to that all the swimming and arcade games and we ware all going home a litle weary.
Deb, Geoff & Alex - June 2015 - Plot 570
Hello again. Our second visit and just as lovely this time. The day we arrived weather was like a winters day, winter coat and boots weather. 2 days later we were on the beach in swimming trunks and bikini. Regardless of the weather though there is always something to do. Our new 16 month old daughter loves it here, there is always something to do to keep her occupied. The caravan is perfect and very comfortable. The sunsets are beautiful and can be seen from the decking or you can wander 30 seconds round the corner to get a perfect postcard photo. Thank you again. Would also like to say a big thank you to Les for being so helpful and welcoming.
Vicky, David & Bluebell - June 2015 - Plot 570
We have stayed in your other caravan so knew this one would be amazing and we weren't disappointed. Gorgeous van with everything you need including stunning views. Anyone with children we highly recommend Crealy's. Brilliant family day out. We visited St Michaels Mount which we woudl also recommend for all ages. For food we recommend One Bullpit in Newquay, The Tywarnhayle in Perranporth and we had ana Indian takeaway from Jaipur which was lovely. Thank you so much we will definately be back.
Jodie, Ric, Alfie & Charlie - June 2015 - Plot 579

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your caravan. Our family enjoyed it here. The Wii was perfect for the rainly times. The site was clean, safe and fun. I recommend to visitors if you use the pool during school holidays, go very early as it's packed. We would love to stay again.
The Fowler's - May 2015 - Plot 570
Spent a lovely week here. The weather was not not on our side, but we made the most of it. Bit of a steep walk down to the beach for us. The surrounding area is very beautiful. The caravan was very good, a home from home with all the comforts. Very peaceful and nice to sit out on the decking when the sun shone. All in all a very relaxing time spent here, would definately like to return again.
Suzanne & Colin - May 2015 - Plot 570

Absolutely Fabulous! Superb caravan! Amazing views! We've had the most amazing holiday. Park is perfect place for all the sights. We have been to Lands End, Penzance, St Michaels Mount, St Ives, Newquay, even walked to Perranporth. Great park facilities. Kids have been swimming every morning, football academy. Would recommend the Surf Bay, staff are so friendly. Will definately be back.

How privilaged we are to be the first people to stay in your beautiful caravan. What wonderful views out to sea - who needs television. The caravan is fabulous, very warm with great central heating and has everything we could possibly need. we will definately be coming back it has been a perfect holiday for us.
Steve, Karen, Olivia & Henry - April 2015 - Plot 579
Me and my daughter had a great week in your van, a real home from home experience. The weather was lovely and location fabe with a view of the sea. Like to say a "Thank You" to Les, your maintancence guy, who was welcoming and helpful. This holiday, due to it not qutie being beach weather, we went out in the day and would recommend the water part at Hendra Holiday Park and Newquay Zoo and Paradise Park and Jungle Barn in Hayle. For eating out there is a Weatherspoons pub in Perranporth called the Green Parrot which has ample car parking, worth a visit, good food, serviced quickly for good price.
